Return Period

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process the refund for the returned item once we receive it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@omniwearstudio.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

Package Your Return

To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please follow these guidelines:

  • Include your original packing slip or order number
  • Use the original packaging if possible
  • Securely tape the package to prevent damage during transit
  • Remove any previous shipping labels
  • Keep your return tracking number until the refund is processed

Refund Timing

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: Varies by provider

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • The item is returned after the 30-day return period
  • The item is damaged due to improper use or handling
  • The original packaging is missing or damaged
  • Only part of the order is returned
